Jigsaw blade that I used to cut the foam. Use a fine tooth saw so it doesnt damage the foam. |
The base all cut out with lines drawn where the walls will be placed. |
Test fitting the wall to make sure it will line up properly. |

I used dowel pins in the foam to give a little bit more rigidity to the foam. |
Marking where I wanted the dowel pins to go, notice it is in the middle of the foam so it doesnt crack or break the foam. Make sure to line them up straight. |
Test fitting the dowel pins. I used a drill bit to just drill part of the way through the foam. This will add a lot of strength so I dont have to rely just on glue to hold it. |
